The Fitness Marshall: Dance and Giggle Your Way to a Healthier and Happier You.

Last Summer, I was thinking to myself “Wow, I really need to start working out again”. I would go to the gym for a couple of weeks and then like always, the motivation would wear off and I would quit. It was a never ending cycle until I came across a fun-looking video on YouTube of a fitness dance routine to Lady Gaga’s hit song ‘Telephone” led by ‘The Fitness Marshall.’ (A super sweet and adorable guy named Caleb who is the creator). I opened it up and expected an over the top and difficult to learn workout routine that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with, but boy was i wrong. I got through the entire workout and by the end of it I had broke a sexy sweat by not only dancing but from laughing and having fun. I was immediately hooked.

It has been about a year since I started dancing to the Fitness Marshall and I now know pretty much every routine and have seen them 2 times on their Fitness Marshall “Cardio Concert” tours: (See the most recent Meet and Greet photo below)

If you are looking for a workout that you will not get bored of, you have finally discovered it here. (Better late than never!) The best part is that they constantly are uploading new dance routines to the hottest songs on the charts. Do not waste any time and subscribe to their YouTube channel, which features all their dance routines for free.
